House rules
We would like to introduce you to the house rules so that your stay in our apartments is pleasant. For any additional information and notices, please feel free to contact the host.
- Accommodation is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Your ID card or passport must be handed over to your host immediately upon arrival for registration at the Tourist Office.
Guests are obliged to take care of their belongings and valuables left in the apartment/room, and the owner is not responsible for their possible disappearance.
Guests are responsible for their behavior in the house and its surroundings and are obliged to bear the consequences of any damage.
When leaving the apartment, be sure to close the doors and windows, lower the awnings or parasols, turn off electrical appliances (TV, air conditioner, stove, etc.) and turn off the water.
In the absence of the guest, the owner of the property has the right to enter the apartment/room to prevent possible damage or danger. The guest will be notified in a timely manner of any entry.
It is forbidden to destroy equipment and furniture, create a mess and disturb other guests. It is especially forbidden to make noise from 14:00 to 17:00 and from 22:00 to 08:00.
The apartment/room premises may only be used by persons who are duly registered as guests. Visits are only possible with the prior approval of the host.
It is not permitted to bring weapons, explosives and flammable materials.
The use of devices and equipment that are not part of the apartment is permitted only with the consent of the host.
Bringing pets is permitted only with the prior consent of the host.
The guest is obliged to immediately inform the host of any damage to installations, furniture or equipment. The guest is obliged to compensate for any damage caused by the guest’s fault.
It is not permitted to remove appliances, equipment, towels, blankets or other inventory from the apartment.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, the host reserves the right to cancel the further provision of accommodation services.
You can report all comments, wishes and compliments to the host, who is available from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
