1. General provisions
These Terms of Use govern the use of the Ivan Apartments website and the rights and obligations of users and accommodation providers.
By using this website, the user confirms that they are familiar with these terms and conditions and accept them in full.
The website is for informational purposes only and for sending inquiries or booking accommodation.

3. Reservations and inquiries
Accommodation reservations are made via:

WhatsApp or Viber communication
Sending an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation until the guest receives official confirmation of availability and agreement on the stay.
4. Prices and payment
Accommodation prices depend on the season, length of stay and availability of the apartment.
Payment methods and booking confirmation terms are agreed individually with the guest. The service provider reserves the right to change prices before confirming the booking.
5. Arrival and departure
Check-in and check-out times are agreed in advance with the guest.
The guest is obliged to use the apartment carefully and in accordance with the house rules.
6. Guest obligations
The guest undertakes to:
use the accommodation with the care of a good host
respect the house rules and the peace of other guests
compensate for any damage caused during the stay
use the apartment exclusively for the registered number of people
In case of non-compliance with the rules, the service provider reserves the right to terminate the stay without refund.
7. Cancellation of reservation
Cancellation terms are agreed upon when confirming the reservation.
In case of no-show or early departure, the agreed amount of the reservation will be charged in accordance with the previous agreement.
8. Responsibility
Ivan Apartments are not responsible for:
loss or theft of guests’ personal belongings
injuries caused by improper use of the space
events caused by force majeure (weather conditions, power outages, etc.)
Guests are responsible for their own property during their stay.
9. Accuracy of information
We strive to ensure the accuracy of all information on the website, but we reserve the right to change content, prices and availability without prior notice.
Photos of the apartment are for informative presentation.
10. Intellectual property
All content on the website (texts, photographs, design and logos) is the property of Ivan Apartments and may not be copied or used without prior permission.
11. Applicable law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court in the Republic of Croatia shall have jurisdiction.
12. Entry into force
These Terms of Use come into force on 01.02.2026. and apply from the moment of publication on the Ivan Apartments website.
